This Privacy Policy explains how Yabuh Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the Condo Audit Pro platform (the “Platform”). We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and only as needed to provide the service.
Account information: names, email addresses, roles, and the firm or corporation you are associated with.
Audit content: documents, ledgers, bank statements, invoices, budgets, minutes, financial data, questions, answers, and other files uploaded or generated during an engagement.
Usage information: basic technical data such as log records and activity within the Platform, used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
We use information to provide and operate the Platform: to organize and process audit files, compare records, prepare samples, check invoices, surface issues, route questions, generate outputs, maintain the audit record, secure the service, and provide support. We do not sell personal information.
Access is restricted by role. Each firm and each corporation sees only its own information. Clients see their own checklist, questions, replies, requested invoices, and final package — not the CPA’s working papers, internal judgments, firm-only flags, or review notes.
We access information only as needed to operate and support the Platform, or where required by law.
We use trusted third-party providers to run the Platform — for example secure cloud hosting and storage, document processing, and email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations, and only as needed to provide their service to us.
Uploaded documents may be processed through OCR and AI service providers to extract text, compare records, draft explanations, or prepare suggestions for the firm’s engagement. Client audit files are processed for the firm’s engagement workflow and are not used to train public AI models.
Your audit records are stored securely in Canada. We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Some processing — for example document OCR, AI text extraction, or email delivery — may be carried out by service providers in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions, depending on the service used. We use providers that apply appropriate security and confidentiality protections.
We retain each year’s engagement record so that the audit trail remains available for future reference and review, consistent with professional and legal requirements. We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal and professional obligations.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and role-based permissions to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to protect information and to respond promptly to any issue.
Depending on your role and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Some information must be retained as part of the audit record. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
The Platform is a professional tool intended for CPA firms, condominium and strata corporations, and property managers. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date below. Your continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
